ZUMBA & FITNESS with Claudine offers different workout classes for clients to choose from in order to ensure that all of the bases are covered. As a Fitness instructor, I offer different exercise classes every weekday. From mat work, focusing on full body workouts using body weight as a form of resistance to weight training with traditional exercises like squats, lunges, presses, curls, and pushups that ensure the development of strength of all muscle groups, while working all anatomical planes to correct possible imbalances.

I also offer services as a personal trainer to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
